1. Entertainment only

Falnaz creates readings with artificial intelligence, inspired by the Turkish tradition of coffee cup reading. Readings are for entertainment only. They are not predictions of the future and not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make important decisions based on them.

2. Age

You must be 18 or older to use Falnaz.

3. Your photos

Only upload photos of coffee cups that you have the right to share. Do not upload photos of people or of anything illegal or offensive. Photos that are not coffee cups may be rejected.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may need a paid subscription, bought through your Apple ID.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn auto-renew off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Fair use

To keep the service working for everyone, there are daily limits on readings. Do not try to bypass them, misuse the service, or copy or resell the readings in bulk.

6. The service

We work to keep Falnaz available, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the readings.

7. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
